 Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. After this time, your order may have already entered processing or been dispatched, and cancellation might no longer be possible.

 Eligibility for Cancellation

  • Only unshipped orders can be canceled.

  • If your order has already been sent out, we won’t be able to stop it. However, you may still return the item once received — in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
