To qualify for a return, please ensure the following:

• The item is unused and in brand-new condition

• All original tags, inserts, dust bags, and packaging must be included

• You must provide a proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt)

• Customised items, personalised products, gift cards, and final sale items are not returnable

Product Condition

We only accept returns of new, unworn items.
Items that show signs of use or wear cannot be refunded.
